PR https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/ovn-operator/pull/174 added a new field, NetworkAttachments, to OVNControllerSpec to allow attaching multiple networks to the OVN controller POD. Turned out that the field is not needed by Octavia as originally thought; so we should revert back to singular.
