Newer Purity FlashArray firmware releases have modified the error response from the ``disconnect_host`` call and this causes the current cinder driver to fail under certain circumstances.

Pure has proposed a patch to upstream unmaintained/2023.1 (Antelope) that addresses this issue:

This should be backported downstream to RHOSO 18.

This is a short term fix before the epoxy driver backport https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHOSRFE-221 is completed and released.
