      Feature Request Overview
      Upgrade Pure cinder driver to use REST 2.x calls, rather than the historic (and function-limited REST 1.x).

      Business justification
      Upgrading ot the Epoxy driver adds numerous bugfixes and features, but specifically allows customers wanting to migrate from VMware to OpenStack to perform the cinde rmanage command again a Pure Storage based VMware vVol directly into OpenStack with zero conversion requirements.
      We will also be backporting a number of feature enhancements to support RansomWare detection and support for NVMe-TCP VLANs, correct backend QoS setting and enhanced schedule reporting characteristics

      Describe the customer impact

      Allows customers to fully support FlashArray volume groups, which enables direct import from VMware vVols. Fixes a number of issues reltead to LACP and NVMe-TCP networking
