Goal: 

Add the functionality to create RAG DBs for the documentation of the different OpenShift versions and include them in the RHOSO Lightspeed RAG DB image.

Building the RAG database should:

• Use the contents from the https://github.com/openshift/lightspeed-rag-content repository.
• Be able to exclude the unwanted sections identified in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-20172

Acceptance Criteria:

• Include OCP RAG DBs into our container under /rag/ocp_vector_db/ocp{version}_ directory and with index named ocp-product-docs-{version2} where version2 is the version with "." replaced with "_".
