The OpenShift Lightspeed team agreed in adding a configuration option to disable the OCP RAG to be included by default in OpenShift Lightspeed. This is a short-term fix for OpenStack Lightspeed running on RHOSO (where control plane is exclusive to OpenStack).

Now, we need to identify portions of the OpenShift documentation that is relevant for RHOSO to be later added to our RAG.
