Goal

1.Convert :

DFG-cloudops-ffu-17.1-9.2-passed_phase2-from-17.1-rhel-8.4-latest-RHOS-17.1-RHEL-8.4-3cont_2comp_3ceph-ipv4-stf

and

DFG-cloudops-ffu-17.1-from-16.2-latest_cdn-3cont_2comp_3ceph-ipv4-stf

to:

DFG-cloudops-ffu-17.1-from-16.2-latest_cdn-3cont_2comp_3ceph-ipv4-stf

in the compact format.

1.Update the multijob filter to include this new job when new 17.1 z-stream content passes phase2.

Acceptance criteria

The non-compact format job has been replaced by the compact format job.

The polarion test run & case IDs are populated.

The correct source latest_cdn -> passed_phase2 content is being used.

The source & destination content z-streams are parameterised to allow testing of other releases easily.

All workload testing done during the non-compact style update jobs are carried out in the compact-style jobs.

A phase3 trigger of updates for 16.2/17.1 will trigger the compact-style jobs.
