The current MariaDB adoption instructions [1] were put together with MariaDB being deployed in a greenfield-like manner and outside of OpenStackControlPlane CR. We need to verify that procedure still works with the following:

      • MariaDB is created via the OpenStackControlPlane CR.
      • The OpenStackControlPlane CR is created according to the instructions in the respective Adoption procedure step [2]. Most importantly, we need to verify that MariaDB adoptoin works if "mariaDBTemplate" section of OpenStackControlPlane CR includes the "adoptionRedirect" parameter as described [2] .

DoD: MariaDB adoption is tested within the context of the wider adoption procedure as described above, and it's verified that the MariaDB adoption still works as expected. Amend the MariaDB adoption doc as necessary. In case a blocker is encountered, capture information that would allow us to discuss the blocker and brainstorm a solution.
