During the review process of the patches for vTPM live migration support there have been requested changes to the design for the feature. We need to incorporate those change requests.

Acceptance Criteria:

vTPM live migration spec has been updated according to requested changes and reviewed
Changes in the spec have been incorporated into the patch series for code review
