This story is about using the RHOS-Lightspeed Service ID for feedback and transcripts.

To do that we need the openshift-lightspeed/operator to configure the data exporter with the rhos-lightspeed service ID when RHOSO Lightspeed is deployed (it can be detected using this [1] label).

For that we need OLS to use the dataverse exporter and to have a configuration option to change the service ID used by OLS.

OLS needs the dataverse exporter to be built using Konflux.
