This story is about making sure that OpenStack LightSpeed gather feedbackup and transcripts from our users in our Tech Preview release.

The OBS processing team is currently migrating their collection mechanisms, so we need to wait for them to complete before we can integrate our component.

Setting up the pipelines to process this data is not part of this story, since that could happen after the Tech Preview is released.
