Goal:

As an OpenStack (Lightspeed) developer, I want to be able to deploy OpenStack Lighspeed in CI jobs using ci-framework.

Acceptance Criteria:

It is possible to deploy an OpenStack environment with OpenStack Lightspeed using ci-framework in a non hacky way.
The deployment mechanism is documented in the appropriate ci-framework repository.
