The overall scenario:
- ML2/OVN
- N/S routing
- VM with SRIOV port on VLAN tenant networks
- Test with and without floating IP
- Connectivity between the VM and another one on the external (provider) network
This was originally tracked in OSP-2373, and testing of current status is in OSPRH-16410, confirmed not working in 17.1
This is parity gap from ML2/OVS and should be fixed in 17.1 upwards
