Acceptance Criteria:

• Verify a presentation date, time, and venue at the all hands are confirmed and added to the shared calendar.

• Prepare slide deck in advance.

• Verify live demo or code snippets illustrate the deadlock vs. spawn fix.

• Verify announcement email/blog post sent to RHOS-DEV mailing list and linked here.

• Verify follow-up Q&A issues, if any, are captured and either closed or converted into actionable tasks.
