The goal of this epic is to focus only on the migration of oslo.service. Oslo.service became a significant point of the Eventlet migration. We have to track it a more fine grained way. That's the goal of this epic.

Goal:

• Defines milestones
• Track oslo.service bugs related to the migration (especially those related to the new threading backend)
• Ensure that the documentation and guidance are properly tracked
• Allow to identify blockers

Acceptance Criteria:

Having a subset of meaningful actions and task ordered by priority and time.
