Goal:
- The multi-region drop down should be enabled even with WebSSO enabled
Acceptance Criteria:
- With WebSSO enabled the Project/Region selection drop down is visible to the end user
- Operation of the drop down is functionally identical to keystone based auth.
Open questions:
- Can this be accomplished by simple configuration changes or does it require code modification?
- Can we provide a custom package for the proof of concept in time?
