      Deploy multiple RHOSO.

Define a Central Site. Reconfigure other RHOSO to use the Central Site keystone.

Test that authentication is working in all sites.

      Success criteria:

      • Single keystone, multiple RHOSO
      • Fully documented procedure to reconfigure RHOSO to use a central keystone instance, local keystone users.
      • Login is all sites works with local users is successful.
      • Connect a keycloak to the central keystone.
      • Repeat login testing on all sites, and is successful

      Stretch goal:

      • Check Horizon login and see if we can see multiple sites, or if we need the Horizon Team to step in.
