The following document mentions "OVN gateways on dedicated Networker nodes on the data plane."

However, this documentation doesn't have step-by-step instructions to deploy Networker nodes.
I think we need a new section such as "Deploying dedicated Networker nodes on data plane" into the documentation.

Note: RHOSP 17.1 -> RHOSO 18.0 adoption document mentions Networker nodes[1], but we don't have documents for fresh RHOSO 18.0 deployments.

Additionally, I saw some people (including me) wonder if we can use "all" EDPM nodes as gateway nodes, but I heard that it's not recommended and not supported.
I'd appreciate it if we can explicitly state that this idea is not supported in the documentation.
