As part of the OpenStack lightspeed team we need to be able to get the feedback from our users in order to improve the service.

This has 2 parts:

• Gathering the data
• Processing the data

For Tech Preview we want to have the gathering of data, and this Epic is for GA, where we want to have already implemented necessary pipelines to process this data to something the team can easily consume to get useful information.
