As a developer, I want to implement a user feedback mechanism for responses provided by Lightspeed, so that we can collect direct user sentiment and qualitative insights on the accuracy and helpfulness of the LLM's answers.
This will enable continuous improvement of Lightspeed's performance by identifying areas where responses are unclear, incorrect, or incomplete, ultimately leading to a more satisfying user experience.
The feedback mechanism needs to automatically sort and separate feedback by Lightspeed product. This ensures insights reach the correct product teams efficiently.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Feedback Collection: Users can submit "thumbs up/down" ratings for Lightspeed responses.
- Optional Comments: Users can add free-text comments to their feedback.
- Feedback Storage: All submitted feedback is securely stored.
- Product Triage: Feedback is automatically associated with and triaged by the specific Lightspeed product it belongs to.
- Data Accessibility: Stored feedback data is accessible for analysis by relevant product teams.
