Goal: 

To create agent smith and to iterate quickly we implemented tooling internally into agent smith. The goal is to decouple this tooling and to transform it into a standalone MCP that will be consumed by agent smith (among other).

Acceptance Criteria:

• having existing tooling turned into a MCP server
• having agent smith able to integrate with MCP server in general in a flexible way
• having agent smith configured to consume our Jira MCP server
