An AI agent to assist us with jira, agile and PIDONE topics. By example to estimate some agile poker planning rating, or to retrieve and summarize PIDONE case studies based on jira history and to inform collaborators about cases.

This initiative is part of the AI strategic framework initiated at the company level.

What are the benefits for PIDONE?

• Help to reinforce the agile methodology usages and best practices into the PIDONE team.
• Reduce the needs of having someone dedicated to Jira management
• Automatize Jira knowledges access.
• Introduce agents into our workflow to manage common things
• Demonstrate integration with other redhat AI based products (ramalama, granite, etc)

The goal is to create an automous AI agent (based on langchain) that will assist us on a daily basis, about Jira and agile management.
