      To get the cinder promotion pipeline unstuck, we merged a change to skip the problematic tests:

      https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ci-framework/ci-framework-jobs/-/merge_requests/1577

      We need to remember to revert that change once this issue is fixed.
