      The goal of the epic is adopting an environment with a workload that is still manageable after the Adoption, and the workload does not suffer unnecessary downtime, including networking/storage cuts. (If we consider moving OVN gateways, we'd expect a short networking cut for router failover, but that will be worked out in OSPRH-1031.)
