Problem domain:

We have various points of entry for documentation for os-migrate, in various stages of completion.  Some comprehensive, mostly not, and all of them are ad-hoc.  Documentation should ensure that it reflects the current evolution of os-migrate, and is easy to work with for future updates.

Endeavour:

We need to define what documentation exists, where it exists, and how easy it is to keep current.

We need a one-trip start to finish examination and update of our documentation offerings.
