Presently, out GitHub Pages presence for os-migrate uses a non-standard Sphinx formatting for source.   Which is contrary to both GitHub Pages standard Jekyll (Markdown), and Ansible Galaxy which also uses Markdown.

The goal of this sub-task is to standardize on Markdown (Jekyll) as a first step, the current content.
