      As a Quality Engineer:
I want to understand what the different levels of support (Support Exception, Tech Preview, Dev Preview, Full support) include in the quality criteria for automation coverage, supportability and verification of issues, and validated architecture coverage.

      So that:
During the testing coverage definition of features, I can identify what test cases must be designed, implemented, and executed and what infrastructure must be available.

      Definition of Done:

      • Document with each level of support mapped to necessary test coverage.

      Dependencies:

      • Asking management for guidelines

      Constraints or Risks:

      • None

      Deliverables:

      • DFG-level documentation for levels of support mapped to quality coverage

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Confluence page agreed upon with the team
