Develop a detailed testing plan to ensure RHEL Inference server meets the quality standards and requirements. The plan should include the following elements:

Define testing environment on which RHEL Inference server on RHOSO can be tested and successfully benchmarked
Identifying key HW technologies which should be covered in overall Openstack testing (by any layer)

Based on HW availability, determine what is necessary to do just for a "validation" of a card that RHEL Inference server can successfully works within RHOSO
