This epic is for creating a test suite for Kepler that NFV team could incorporate in their CI and by that cover kepler testing. Tests should be created by CloudOps DFG either by adding new tempest tests to one of the existing plugins e.g. telemetry or some of the plugins that NFV team uses or ,in case that is not possible, we will need to write an ansible playbook possibly under feature verification tests repo in infrawatch. In addition Polarion should be updated with the kepler's test cases
