We need to maybe check existing bugs or customer cases or kcs articles and find 1 or 2 examples of the issues which can be discovered using insights rules and data gathered by the `openstack-must-gather` image and/or insights-operator.

Result of this spike should be one or two more stories created in this epic to write required rules for insights.
