We should implement support for the data collected by the `openstack-must-gather` image in the CCX insights internal rules. Having such rules which will be able to use data from must-gather may make triaging of the customer cases easier for the GSS engineers as such rules can have access to the logs from pods (both service pods like e.g. neutron-api and operator pods, like neutron-operator as well).

This epic should be concluded as done once we will have foundation for the usage of the data provided by the openstack-must-gather in the `ccx-ocp-core` repository and then 1 or 2 rules which may be then treated as "reference" for other rules in the future.
