It is needed to have openstack-must-gather execution context in the core ccx ocp repo so that insights will be able to discover that provided must-gather archive was collected by the openstack-must-gather image.

It should be added in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ccx/ccx-ocp-core/-/blob/master/ccx_ocp_core/context.py?ref_type=heads where are also some other examples of similar contexts. We need to make sure that we will be doing discovery on something what is unique to the openstack-must-gather image and is not gathered by other images at all.
