Work with the Perf/Scale team to get a sense of performance testing for Shift on Stack workloads.

We need to be able to answer the following questions:

• what OCP performance testing actually means?
• Is someone actually running that over OpenStack
• Do we test and measure latency/throughput across versions (or configurations) based on a given workload test?
