The tests currently fail in the openstack-az job because we use BYON and not Floating IPs.

Here is what we need to do:

• Change the job to reconfigure the cloud provider to not create the floating IPs when <to be defined> is detected (maybe if httpProxy is used in the cluster?)
• Adapt the tests the cloud provider configuration, and use the BYON IPs instead of floating IPs
• Revert https://github.com/openshift/openstack-test/pull/93

In the meantime, we decided to disable the failing tests on this job until this scenario is supported.
