Description
Description of problem:
CCPMSO jobs running on Mecha cloud reach the OpenStack APIs via a proxy (not with a bastion though), so some tests like Octavia LB with UDP aren't supposed to work (UDP can't go through the existing Squid instance, only working for TCP).
