Allow more chapters with same name if more books is authored in single Confluence space

    Description

      Confluence has limitation with no 2 pages in a same Space having the same title.

      Because we use one Space for more "books", we need to relax this limitation (same named chapters as 'Introduction' may be necessary in more books).

      We also need to incorporate this solution into "DocBook import" and into "Structure templating".
