The goal of this task is to ensure that when we make changes to the source code of the OTE tests implemented in the repository and push a pull request, we should call the CI tests that will run those tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• Proper configuration made in the https://github.com/openshift/release 
• Pull requests with changes under openshift/extended-tested dir should call the CI job which will run those tests
