Once we have the ability to create bond-compatible environments in dev-scripts, we will need to add CI jobs that configure the cluster with bonds. This will likely require https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SDN-2889 to be implemented first so we can provide the bond config at initial deployment. Alternatively we may be able to use machine-configs for that, but since we want to use the provision-time networking feature as much as possible going forward our ci should ideally be based on that as well.
