As a followup to deploying a day 1 config in dev-scripts, it would be good to integrate that into the dev-scripts deployment process so it isn't necessary to do all of the manual steps. This will require changes in dev-scripts, and possibly the upstream metal3-dev-env project. We'll need to have some design discussions as well since this config is too complex to represent in environment variables.
