Epic Goal
- Add CVO support to Kubernetes NMState Operator ("the Operator") in preparation for GA
Why is this important?
- CNV will need the Operator to be included in CVO and GA in order for it to rely on this image of the Operator.
Scenarios
- CNV to move to using the GA Kubernetes NMState operator, after removing the CNV specific operator
- New clusters will have the operator available, and would be able to utilize the KNO for Day 2 operation, without needing to install from the catalog.
Acceptance Criteria
- CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
- Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.

Dependencies (internal and external)

Previous Work (Optional):
- Day 2 network config epic - https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KNIDEPLOY-3583
Open questions::
- Is an OpenShift Enhancement Proposal required for this work?
