With the merge of https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-manager/issues/3019 olmv0 is capable of handling binary-less catalogsources, allowing them to be smaller and simpler.

Since opm currently has the capability to generate dockerfiles, it should be able to generate both the self-serving and binary-less types.
