Goal:
- Fix OPCT check to adding support to "SingleReplica" value in the "Topology" attribute of Infrastructure object
- Fix OPCT check to adding support to "External" value in the ControlPlaneTopology attribute of Infrastructure object
- Fix OPCT check OPCT-030?
- Create an Check ID and related documentation under https://redhat-openshift-ecosystem.github.io/opct/review/rules/
Open Questions:
- Are those values default across all Hosted Clusters deployments?
- Should we need to limited those values only for Hosted Clusters? How to validate it?
