Goal:

• Create a new plugin to run custom tests defined by OPCT - based in VCSP requirements.
• Existing tests which is pending to be developed: 
  • Load Balancer Hairpin connection
  • FIO to check disk performance in control plane nodes - required in the disk mounted etcd

Description:

Currently OPCT does not implement a custom plugin to run e2e tests, only conformance plugins and artifacts collector.

The idea of this Epic is to cover the gap of implementing tests not covered by regular conformance tests. Another approach is to validate each pending test and implement it in the core (origin repo) of OCP.
