Goal:

• Remove "Certtification" references from the Github repository of the tool/CLI - only remaining references [Readme] most of the user docs used by VCSP has been done in the Infra Provider Onboarding guide
• Rename the Tool project. NOTE: this must be one of the last tasks as renaming the project could break the Github Pages, user docs. So we need to make sure all the docs used by VCSP has been moved first and the information propagated correctly.
