Goal:

• Remove "certification" word from OPCT projects (docs, code/UI, repository, etc).

Motivation:

OPCT was created as a tool to be used in the VCSP Program. The Program has been adapted to keep the verbiage of "Validation". The OPCT Project didn't follow the changes as it was focused in the technical challenge.

Now that the project is more exposed, it is causing some confusion of the scope, leading some users (non-VCSP) to think that the tool is "Certifying" the environment, instead of validating and providing feedback to users.
