      • Move VCSP review guides to the Infra Onboarding Guide.
      • Keep in OPCT docs only generic troubleshooting instructions, not related with VCSP or Cert-Ops/support

      Review guides are direct instructions to CertOps team, and not useful documentation that can be used by OPCT users.

      Instructions like those are the goal of this card:

      • "Open a support case to Partner Portal",
      • "every partner interaction need to submit a new artifact, etc"
