      Goal:

      • Move all VCSP references from OPCT project to Provider Onboarding Guide website

      Reason:

      OPCT is a tool used by VCSP, and the enphassis should be in the program/validation process, and not in the OPCT. So all VCSP requirements and validation types/toplogies must be in the correct place, considering a single entrypoint for the partners, the Providers Infra onboarding website seems to be a good place - and commonly agreed in internal discussion in Slack[2]
