      Study the dependencies and if we can move the Provider Cert Tool to Github Org https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem for those reasons:

      • Ability to use Github Actions and flexible CI
      • The other cert tool (Container and Operator) is part of that Org
      • More control about the release
