As part of our effort to improve our RHEL9 readiness signal,

we want to run a single nightly e2e OKD test on baremetal for X period of time.

      Value for our baremetal community/partners:

      1. We have a staging environment to see if something fails before anyone else.
      2. Getting feedback from the community would enable us to move faster.
      3. Break the barrier of entry for new folks.
      4. Successes tell a good story. Failures are also successes in the sense that we show that we catch things so they don't need to. We are being proactive.
      5. Onboarding hardware partners to test their devices.

      Order of operations:

      1. Provision a baremetal instance
      2. ???
      3. install cluster + run https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/provider-certification-tool
      4. Profit
