      Description

      As a user, I am expecting Pipeline Operator to be installed and Tekton Results is also installed on the cluster before running the e2e tests

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. write a script to install the Pipeline operator
      2. write a script to install Tekton results on the cluster.
      3. provide yaml files which will create some Pipelines and PipelineRuns on the cluster
