As a user, I want to see tasks from the artifacthub.io in the Tasks quick search

Acceptance Criteria

1. We are going to support Artifacthub and remove the TektonHub support
2. how do we know if Artifacthub.io is enabled in the console
3. Compare the data from the Artifacthub and TektonHub
4. Is all the information available in the Artifacthub data to make the UI work and the information which we show in the UI.
5. Estimate how much work is needed to integrate the Artifacthub in the Console.
6. How do we handle the Artifacthub integration on the disconnected cluster
7. Is API to fetch the data is https://artifacthub.io/api/v1/packages/search?offset=0&limit=60&facets=false&kind=7&deprecated=false&sort=relevance
